GrindDial can be used without an account. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You may authenticate via magic link email or Google OAuth. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Scrape or harvest data from the service without permission
• Use the service to transmit malware or harmful content

The GrindDial service, including its grinder profiles, algorithms, and user interface, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Your recipe data remains yours. By using the service, you grant us a license to store and process your data to provide the service.

Not Professional Advice: GrindDial provides recommendations based on general espresso principles and grinder data. Results may vary based on your specific equipment, beans, technique, and preferences.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our recommendations will produce perfect espresso or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrindDial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

We are not responsible for any damage to your equipment or waste of coffee beans resulting from following our recommendations.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
